      Pros

      Like the new brand stuff. There are a lot of good people joining. Integrating all of the acquisitions is improving, and people are starting to see potential. I like my colleagues and think we are making good progress.

      Cons

      Sometimes ask to many people their opinion. Decisions take a long time. Company wide calls try to do a lot.

      Flexible work environment with a lot of intelligent people who care passionately about their jobs. Based on size you are able to have exposure to all aspects of a IT Services organization.

      Cons

      With the influx of new companies into the Emtec entity there is a divide which has created extreme competitiveness between the practices.
