      Only pro is its wfh . Apart from that i dont see any

      Cons

      Dont think at all to join this company. There is no job security. They may fire you anytime & anyday with just one phone call away. Recently they fired many employees on a single day via just one HR team call. Also there is no work life balance in this company. I have seen managers doing micro management & employee streching beyond their work hrs till 11 late night. It’s not at all employee friendly company.

      Pros

      Before the merger: Management was transparent and effective. Appraisals were fair and well-structured. An open-door policy encouraged communication. There was a clear direction on the company’s future.

      Cons

      I looked up "red flags after a company merger" on ChatGPT, and everything it mentioned seems accurate: 1. Leadership and strategic shifts 2. Unclear direction 3. Poor communication 4. Job insecurity and layoffs 5. Erosion of core values 6. Declining employee engagement 7. Changes in compensation and benefits 8. Stagnant salaries, fewer promotions. When you ask HR or senior management basic questions, they seem completely lost. The Indian division still appears somewhat structured, but other regions lack a proper appraisal process and have no employee engagement initiatives.
