      Depression and Unsatisfaction with Good Salary

      Pros

      Salary is good. Technologies are latest.

      Cons

      Work Life balance is nil. Pathetic way of talking of seniors. Manager calls you as labour. Senior Team Member abuses while taking personal call on Teams. No Knowledge Transfer and No business knowledge is given at all.

      Observation by 5plus year ex employee at Pune location: * flexible timing, leaves policy(maternity leaves, paternity leaves) * group mediclaim, insurance, regular eye checkup, cashless tieups. * technologies and exposure to variety of tech stack(pro for a few, con for some, depends how you take it) * Good higher management folks, HR is quite approachable. Operation team is good. * Good team environment, supportive. * pay range is good(atleast for me). Didn't ever had to ask for more $$. market correction raise applicable for some in October. * Monsoon outings(those who likes to), carrom facility. * Lunch is free, canteen available. Dinner is chargeable nominally. Overall average to good food. This is a deal breaker for many. * location is plus, which is nearby to most city locations. * Women safety centric programs annually. committee in place.

      Cons

      * No cab facility. * your experience depend on the kind of project and team allocated.

      Best for Associate who are closer to management

      Pros

      Be close to management (which is getting handled by single person in Pune) and you will be promoted once to 2 years as per company standard policy Good life....if you are close to management....no one will ask you what you are doing...just wait for your market correction and appraisal....you will be get unbelievable hike.

      Cons

      You will not find any cons if you are close to management....life will be cool. Not for those associates who works honestly and believe in there talent and expect growth in career. HR: is the best part in company. At any point of time if you feel that you are doing good in your project....think of Emtec HR....you will feel that you are the best.
