2yHere at Emtec, we care deeply about the employee experience. A big part of that experience is the day-to-day interaction with one's manager and other colleagues. Every employee deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of whether the employee is performing at a high level or struggling in a role. We feel that we do a good job in creating a good work environment for all of our employees to be successful. If there is a situation where we could do better, we want to know about it. I invite the employee who shared this feedback to speak with me directly about any of his/her concerns. I also encourage this employee to speak with our VP of Human Resources in Pune with any of his/her concerns.
