Due to growth and client demand, we recently expanded our delivery team for a particular business unit into new regions in N. America. There were some growing pains in terms of process and the varying time zones added further complexity. Such situations typically take a bit of time to work through but deliver a solid learning experience as we expand the organization. Emtec conducts market research regularly on compensation and provides competitive pay and benefits. If discrepancies are found against market reviews, adjustments are made. We also re-evaluate compensation as individuals grow in their roles. While we are saddened to hear that your time here was not optimal, we do wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

      if you are looking for learning then this is the correct place for you.

      Cons

      1) no work life balance 2) too much pressure 3) too much work 4)office politics 5) people are too conservative, not broad minded. 6) no insentive 7) leads are not supportive at all.
