It looks like you joined us a few months before the pandemic which limited your ability to experience the wide variety of fun team events we generally offer. We do appreciate your comments on our benefits and work-life balance. We are quite proud of our incentive and remuneration plans, and continue to look to enhance them further. We provide training through our primary partners including Microsoft, BMC remedy, UIPath, Salesforce, Oracle and more. We also provide employees the opportunity to utilize learning tools like Udemy or Pluralsight to increase their skills that align with our key focus areas. While we do not have a corporate account for those tools, we do reimburse for classes if approved prior by your manager.
