This is a tough question 1. payscale is good

Cons

1. no work life balance 2. 9 hours of working excluding breaks for lunch and tea 3. HR don't tell but US work timings are mandatory 4. Management team, tech leads all are just titles and have no tech background or who have the technical knowledge does not possess power to take any technical decisions. 5. managers do have power to cancel holidays in the name of deliverables
