Pros
Nothing except wfh . In my experience, this is the worst company to work for. They do not care about their employee’s mental health.
Cons
Recently, between 20 to 50 employees were fired under the pretext of cost-cutting. They can call you on any random day and inform you that you are being let go, with your last working day being the same day. This happens every year, so it's better to think twice before joining.
