- culture. Leaders that understand the company and how to lead people - our consultants. First rate firm with a team of talented former operators. - The pay. Competitive pay - work life balance.

Cons

- in person collaboration. Everyone is siloed. Consultants are on site, offices stay rather empty.

Pros

Bridgepoint consulting is a good place to work. They treat you with respect and like an adult. Little to no hand holding, but plenty of helpful co-workers if you need advice/help. Opportunities to learn and grow in a large variety of disciplines and knowledge basis. I've worked here for 10 years and have little reason to seek alternative opportunities.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as I would like. Culture and cohesion has been lacking since covid shut-downs. There used to be a lot more in person events, but those are all but gone. Would like to see more emphasis on community events.

401K match is decent, health coverage is average

Cons

Lower salary than competitors, higher insurance cost, leadership actually lacks leadership skills, leaders can't manage their calendars, mid level leadership not allowed to support their teams, Manuel (CEO) sent Addison employee to pester all current employees to do reviews on glassdoor is why the current score is so high. Turnover is high.
