      Co-workers are extremely helpful Management is involved Doesn't feel like consulting for the bigger companies. This is still a growing company headed in the right direction.

      Pros

      Great leaders who are very transparent and invested in their employees success. There is ample opportunity to learn about new technology and many different industries. A group of very smart and friendly employees who are enjoyable to work alongside.

      -Amazing managerial team that truly cares about the success of each individual consultant -Opportunity to work with clients across different business sectors -In house training and mentorship -Flexibility to work remotely -Generous quarterly bonus structure -Office location ***This is consulting so your experience is what you make of it. If you choose to work from home every day and not engage with the team, you will fall behind. Being present and actively engaging in project work is critical to success. Personal integrity and accountability are two traits that go hand in hand with being a successful consultant.
