Pros

Great pay. Staff is great to work with.

Cons

Little or no training on the machines - it's all what you can pick up verbally since nothing is written down. No diagrams for wiring systems and few things are labeled in the cabinets. So hand over hand tracing of wires is the only way a new hire can find a broken component. Safety doesn't understand the machines. They're supposed to be experts who teach and enforce safety. Instead they sign off on safety proceedures without knowing if they'll even work and just look for reasons to fire people. 3. Lack of resources. STs need computers and carts to do their job but the company only provides the bare minimum (fewest cheap computers and fewsest carts).

Pros

Good environment and work culture. Decent bonus program and benefits.

Cons

Issues with store physically and structurally that corporate could do a better job at addressing and or fixing.
