Pros

Employee discounts on tires and tire-related services.

Cons

Job security is very low. Advancement is almost non-existent, unless you’re already in upper management. Looks diverse from the outside, but it’s very rare to see any kind of minority in a management role. Work/Life balance depends on your manager. There was never a day when I could fully disconnect at the end of the work day. There were always pressing matters that I felt obligated to work after-hours, though it was never explicitly mentioned. Pay seems fair until you check the average market salary. Bonus is good if the company is making gobs of money. They’ve cut back on bonuses since covid, which can be understandable if everyone has to take the cut.
