Pros

Paycheck , full gym available to employees. Covered parking, On-site cafeteria.

Cons

Where to start? Non diverse management staff. No room for promotions if you're female, and you can forget about it if you're a male of color. Managers spend more time libeling employees than actually managing. Performance reviews are extremely subjected Seasoned employees are "laid off" and replaced by younger staff members, H/R share personal information to unrelated employees. Managers obsessing with employees personal lives to the point of following employees home.Seeking FMLA is the kiss of death, anyone seeking to use the FMLA program will eventually get "laid-off" under the pretense that their job is 'leaving the country." Folks are so afraid of getting "laid-off" until the climate is like the hunger games (i get you before you get me).

Pros

Very good production team. The hourly workers will support you as well as they possibly can if you are straight forward with them and try and make their jobs easier.

Cons

Engineering management team has fired three senior level engineers in the past seven months, lost two high potential younger engineers to other opportunities and lost one engineer to early retirement. The work environment for engineers is toxic, they expect long hours and poor working conditions. They provide no assistance in learning the systems and they will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. It is the first time in a thirty year career I have ever been terminated, that coming off of a performance evaluation that said I was doing a great job.
