      There were always new positions.

      Cons

      Constant turn over. In my five years I have seen 4 CEOs, 3 region managers, 3 area managers. The turn over at the lower is even worse. No one stays long, and there's a reason.

      Recently Bridgestone moved corporate headquarters to Nashville bringing tires, retails, roofing, and diversified product businesses together. The re-location has impacted the experience levels across the business units. Cross business succession has been limited in these early stages. Individual develop planning and succession planning are available at Bridgestone; however continued focus and opportunities for improvement should be made available.
