      Pros

      There are great employees that work there if they can survive the political games "HR Mafia Family".

      Cons

      HR leadership is horrible. They do not promote fairly within the organization. The put their eggs into one leader running their HRIS implementation. High turnover is acceptable.

      Horrible Company

      Pros

      Great brand name, but internally, it is the worst company I have every worked for in my career.

      Cons

      Political company, need to kiss up to certain brass to stay in good graces, leadership is horrible as seen by forced turnover in the c-suite, no real strategic direction and corporate HR group is the most political entity in the organization. Everything is for show with this company from a political perspective.
