      Great on-boarding and training, excellent foundation for business minded people. If you put in the effort there is no limit to what you can do in the organization.

      Great products, HONEST company to customers

      Cons

      Told I would be making $55k and I am going to be lucky to get $38k. Bonuses are far too difficult to make and the customer service bonus is insane, i.e. they rate us on a scale of 1-10, but if a customer gives us a 7 or below, Bridgestone counts it as a ZERO, killing our chances to get the bonus we should be most seeking! Y'know, the one that makes sure we take care of the CUSTOMER!!!
