Pros
Good benefits for your own automotive care needs, health care, 401k with company match and school tuition reimbursement.
Cons
The company says one thing but actions prove otherwise. They say they care about employees but stopped investing in their training programs to save a few bucks. They say they care about career paths, it used to be exclusively a promote from within company but when Larry Magee retired as CEO they kicked out the entire exec team and replaced with execs from failing business like Best Buy, Radio Shack and now Toys R Us. They say they value honesty but fire people who speak their mind and don't tie the company line. How can you respect a company that doesn't back up its platitudes with actions?
