      Pros

      Great at selecting people out of college hungry for just an opportunity. The company really goes after appeasing the customer. GREAT PRODUCTS IN RUBBER!

      Cons

      Collusion in upper management for personal gain. Shell products became our primary products convienently after Stu Crum there former president becomes our president. Hiring of non qualified non interested people. What does Best Buy employees know of automotive and future mpre they seemed disengaged with what really happens in the stores. Favoritism is a huge problem. Lack of training. Lack of communication. Lack of incentive packages and raises.

      The people you work with are great. It really makes the job much more enjoyable.

      Cons

      The company makes changes that makes little sense from a business standpoint. Not very competitive in salary.
