Great formal training. The CS department really does want you to be successful so they take the time to train, about 4 wks, then assign an account that is the best fit for you. Upper Management does care what you think! They has Leadership luncheons where they randomly pick employees and you get to be as candid as you want. I've never worked for a company that did this. Your opinion does matter, and your suggestions are taken to heart. VIP/Bonus program is great ~ so it's in everyone's best interest to make the company successful.

401k, Roth IRA, also I was promoted to a General Managers position within a timely manner.

Cons

Vision 2020, Mission Statement etc. that the company speaks about does not correlate with what regional and district management is practicing/ implementing in the Las Vegas market. In this particular market, Firestone does not care about their employees. Also, no Human Resource Management support when issues would arise!
