      Pros

      Great people and good work-life balance. Bridgestone takes good care of their staff, encouraging innovation and collaboration while providing strong benefits to provide a good work-life balance

      Cons

      The positions are challenging and will require hard work and solid skills to be successful. Some staff do not own their responsibilities to the same degree as others in the company. This can lead to a feeling that some are having to work harder to support the business by picking up the slack of others.

      Good Benefits Okay Pay Good Work Environment They have stores every where Good company to work for Laid back a lot of the time

      Cons

      Techs don't make the money they should. Stressful crappy hours that make it hard to be with family. Fast Paced (In my opinion)
