      Pros

      Many Locations nationwide, Competitive Prices, some hours flexibility, extensive training by meetings and computer modules on a regular basis, diverse gender and race hiring.

      Cons

      Not enough room for advancement and salaries are not keeping up with inflation. Stores are not provided with the proper tools and equipment to facilitate a smooth flow of production. Some lifts are not replaced or repaired when broken in some stores. No longer offer a pension to new employees.

      Pros

      It's a great place to work in Nashville. It's fairly easy to move around internally, and when looking at internal job postings, you can clearly see if the job you are interested in is a promotion or not. They promote being a Premier Place to Work some advantages to this is an alternate work schedule where you are off every other Friday.

      Cons

      As with most companies, office politics runs deep. We are currently going through some shaking up through the company. I believe it's for the best in the long run. However, it's a rough transition.
