      Pros

      Locations available to help military families relocate but stay with the same company. Learning experience one will never forget. They also provide chances to further educate yourself within the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Store personnel could really learn to grow up. To much inter personnel drama. Coworkers uncertain how to handle coworkers with disorders.

      Pros

      Great benefits, the company makes changes that impact employees with long lead times so employees can adapt and adjust. The IT group is extremely culture focused which results in good moral in the departments I work with. Leadership is focused on making sure that employees have a good environment to work in and the results of that are visible.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are longer than average days, hiring can take forever. Onboarding was rough.
