      - Great pay, good benefits, flexibility, and an interest in investing in employees development. - Leaders take the time to meet with you, provide you with feedback and discuss your career goals. - Multiple opportunities at HQ and across the states - Allowing remote work following covid that allowed employees to not need to return to the office following and rather lean into hybrid and remote teams of the future.

      Cons

      - As with any large corporation there are times where approvals can be lagged and there is more back and forth. - At times it could feel like change could be drawn out and not always properly communicated.
