      Pros

      This company has good benefits and salary. It participates in many community activities, including The United Way, Relay for Life, and sponsors activities on the property with many kids organizations.

      Cons

      Once you get into management you don't have an advocate for problems that can occur. Nepotism is a big problem. Most positions are already filled before jobs are posted.

      Pros

      Bridgestone likes to describe themselves as a "Premier Place to Work" and in my opinion that is absolutely true. Work/life balance is a true focus, they offer competitive pay, and the culture is hard to beat. I enjoy coming to work every day.

      The parking availability is an issue

      Pros

      there are some pretty talented and smart people who join Bridgestone, but they don't last long. Not long after joining, they see how dysfunctional and chaotic the company is and leave.
