Pros
Plenty of hours, you know your schedule months in advance, easy to schedule your vacations, give you a $100 shoe voucher each year for new shoes.
Cons
Not enough vacation days, on average they have 2-4 forced vacation days that you have to use to come out of your own vacation, focus too much on diversity even though the turn over rate is very high because of it, standing on concrete for 12 hours each day is rough on your body, crew leaders show favortism a lot and too many differences between crew leaders on what they will or will not do.
