      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to grow and relocate to other parts of the organization if you are interested in doing so. The compensation and benefits are great including flexible working schedules, 9X80 schedule, and an onsite workout facility. The people are also fun to work with and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Sometimes Nashville makes changes or decisions without realizing the impact it will have on Akron and it's teammates.

      There is opportunity for Growth and relocation.

      Cons

      Communication seems to be a problem but Bridgestone is aware of it and working on it. Lately there have been many changes which can be unnerving to some and don't always benefit me personally.
