      Pros

      Friendly, relatively informative supervisors and management. Great workmates. Huge focus on safety. Rostered days off and 5 weeks holiday (although, the extra week holiday isn't free. We still have to work the hours)

      Cons

      Hot, smelly and repetitive work. Wage is pretty so-so, considering we are working with dangerous equipment. Machines are always breaking down as they are pretty old or not engineered to suit the task.

      Pros

      Great benefits and excellent pay. Fellow employees are knowledgeable and professional. Management, for the most part, are also knowledgeable and respectful. Workforce is unionized.

      Cons

      HR department is less than efficient. One of the maintenance supervisors should probably be replaced. The plant has some old equipment that continuously breaks down although that could be seen as job security.

      Pros

      Good pay, upper management cares about us. Full Benefits, paid vacation, 401k., and room for advancement. Also good purchase options for employees i.e. Tires and other services for our vehicle.

      Cons

      The only con I can even think of is an out dated Pos system? Even tho I wouldn't really even consider this as a con.
