      Pros

      Learn a lot about tires and car repair, ample training program and ongoing training with the company as well. Ability to be promoted if you are good at what you do.

      Cons

      Management expects way too much. Never happy with performance, getting promoted gives more headaches. Relying on low paid techs to move quickly and do a good job not a good business practice

      Some jobs pay very well. Insurance is very good

      Micromanaging, no sick days or personal days, weekend work, mandatory overtime, huge pay cuts with little Union help.
