      Pros

      Plenty of overtime for the people that wants it. Easy to move up on the floor.

      Cons

      No outside life unless you have a staff position which usually is very difficult to get because most are based on seniority and or experience. Degrees are favored but not necessary.

      Pros

      People you work with as peers and good people are in the business. It's the people who are there everyday which make tolerating this culture barely possible. That and the money. Bonus structure is nice.

      Cons

      Current IT leadership is terrible. They have either run off all the good people, or those people left for better jobs. Those who are left are spineless and do not challenge leadership due to fear. It is a demoralizing experience.
