Pros

Close to home, and some nice co-workers.

Cons

Just about everything else. Think you are getting ahead by moving around and learning new areas of the company. WRONG. No pay increases and get managed by people who should never have been given the title "Manager". Good luck if you work here.

Pros

It's a paycheck but not much else.

Cons

Employees are treated poorly by all levels of management. The company has an attitude that unless you're directly involved with manufacturing a tire you're unnecessary and irrelevant to the overall success of the company. You are treated like a second class citizen by other employees as well as management.

Pros

work-life balance, the work out area is small but Ok, Charity work- but that is more on the Employees then the company

Cons

Review process is horrible, Managers are Rude Intrusive Unprofessional and play favorites they walk right by you and won't say hello and will do what it takes to alienate you if you don't follow their beliefs, you will be targeted and they will lie and overblow any issue to mark a review as negative. Human recourses will stand back and turn a blind eye to all this. The top six ( CEO on Down) are always creating new titles to announce themselves as promoted, The other Negative reviews I have read speak volumes about this Company they get you in the door with smiles and thoughts of a great long term future, then after 2-4 years they start to treat you badly knowing that more then likely you are not going to leave and start your career over. Company has many issues and sweep of current Management and leaders needs to happen! They push for a Premier Place to work but that will never happen with the leadership they have now!!! They send out (anonymous?) surveys asking for ratings on how good it is to work here, Employees are not going to be honest for fear of their job. Even though the walls are caving in around them Human Recourses can say well our survey shows we are doing a great job keeping employees happy.
