Pros
Growing company right now, expanding manufacturing, which is good for Engineering people. The work is Challenging. They are capitol rich right now in an effort to complete lots of projects really fast. Awesome for experienced people who know how to get things done. Great people to work with mostly, and probably one of the better experiences I've had working with the Japanese (world headquarters support staff). All in all a very positive experience.
Cons
After their re-structure a couple years ago, they are still working through process development. That can lead to difficulty in knowing the appropriate way to get things done. Some older employees have sore attitudes about the restructure. Their upper management is mostly lawyers, so that leads to sometimes painful focus on things like terms and conditions of getting things done. Sometimes people like to argue a lot, in meetings, which hijacks the potential for a productive meeting
