      There's not cake for everyone

      I dont know if there is still any pro yet, business been manage like my grandma antique shop, now is that time of the year when people is expecting some bonus but reorg continues so just higher manager get a bigger piece of cake

      Cons

      Too many low profile layoffs, reorg continue exaclty in yield curve season so only managers get a bigger piece

      Serious disconnect between levels

      Pros

      Good starting pay and benefits. Excellent management team.

      Cons

      Very closed minded culture among lower level employees. Not welcoming of outside hires. Fellow workers seemed more interested in looking busy than actually doing work. If you're motivated and a hard charger, prepare to get the stink eye. The union seemed like its only purpose was to stick it to Bridgestone for buying out Firestone and to keep the company out of the 21st century. Actual quote from union steward: "They aren't taking this factory anywhere, all these machines are bolted down."
