Pros
Always opportunities to learn about roofing. The people are friendly. It's been a growing company, so there are often new opportunities for job growth and/or position changes. Hardly ever have to work overtime.
Cons
Management does not communicate, nor do they set clear expectations or have a strong onboarding program. Many people in charge have never been on a roof, much less have any experience with our customers. There are large silo's between departments.
