      Free downtown parking is great

      Cons

      The past 9 months under new leadership have been a disaster. Constant layoffs, overworking and underpaying employees. Morale is so low, the good ones are dropping like flies and leaving so many gaps in operations no one knows what’s going on or how to accomplish basic tasks. It’s a disaster and new leadership does not care about anything but the bottom line. Any perk we used to have (on site breakfast & lunch, flexible schedule, etc) are long gone
