      Very challenging personally, very frustrating professionally.

      Pros

      Smart, ethical people, lots of amenities and great food. Encouraged to speak your mind.

      Cons

      Huge group-think and controlling management. Personnel are diagnosed as to personal weaknesses and reduced to compliant servitude. Incredible staff turnover and poor technology enablement.

      Pros

      1) It's the one place where focusing and understanding your weakness results in greater believability and power 2) You're surrounded by really smart people

      Cons

      1) Some of those really smart people are really smart at gaming the system 2) The principles seem to be applied similarly across functions (one could argue that isn't principled), with the bad outcome being things take longer and cost more without reducing risk or other benefits
