My colleagues - a great bunch of people to work with. The Principles guide employees to be very open and honest, and I found that to be very true in practice among my co-workers. It leads to an atmosphere where one can speak freely about their thoughts and ideas. I learned so much about my weaknesses and strengths at BW, and that made me a better employee and person. Managers are open about employee's strengths and weaknesses on a regular basis, and there are very few surprises at review time. The benefits - free meals and great health insurance.
