Pros

The only Pros to this company are your coworkers. They are the glue to your sanity working here. Without them I would have quit many months ago.

Cons

Employees are underappreciated, overworked, and cheated. They offer benefits for any employee over 30 hours but what they don't tell you is they will purposely keep you at or under the 30 hour mark so they don't have to give you benefits. I was hired as full time but have rarely seen over 30 hours a week.

Pros

UTBS truly believes family comes before anything else, whether you're an employee or client. They have the success of the family unit at the center of all of their decisions and it shows! I love having a flexible schedule and competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

It's a growing company and with all growth comes growing pains.

Pros

-Team environment with lots of young college age employees mixed with graduate clinicians and administrators. -Very flexible with scheduling and school (min 15 hrs/wk) -Rewarding work. Overtime you personally have impact on developmentally disabled children. -Counts for pre-med/patient exposure experience for future positions. -Independent work at times with supervision of a clinician (TEAM) -Positive and supportive co-workers

Cons

-Driving to client's homes with personal car. -Added training takes approx. 3 months to get pay bump from 11$ to 14.50$
