Pros
Fun to work with staff but there are days when its good to be on the road. PTO time
Cons
Trucks are at least 17 yrs old and donated equipment. No raises in two years blaimed on state no budget however raises still given to favs. Transitional employment due to lack of wage increases or desire to hold onto good employees. Like a little soap opera with back biting. Too many other to list. The wage you accept will not change and overtime forget it slim to none
