      For me, I didn’t feel there were many pros. We got paid holidays, that’s cool. Wish I could say it was a better place to work

      Minimum mage, no raises, poor management, no respect for the people who work hard, lazy people rewarded more, drama, lies… I could go on.

      If you are fast you can make decent money.

      Cons

      They only care about results. Will argue over holidays and paid time off constantly. Zero natural light, monotonous work and 8 hours of silence can be daunting.
