If you are fast you can make decent money.

Cons

They only care about results. Will argue over holidays and paid time off constantly. Zero natural light, monotonous work and 8 hours of silence can be daunting.

Flexible, friendly, inclusive. Lead staff tries their best to make the work place more exciting by encouraging operators to participate in holiday themed activities, like games, and a special snack or meal every week.

Cons

Awkward atmosphere, monotonous work, long bouts of sitting that can cause lots of pain.
