Pros
Building good products that educators actually love. Ability to take ownership of projects and make lots of impact in how schools operate. Working with nice, passionate people. Good compensation package. Nice perks like holiday party and annual company offsites.
Cons
Projects are very fast moving, and expectations are high to deliver. Company is very sales driven and looks to deliver new products rapidly. It can be hard to keep up.
