I appreciated the opportunity to learn about hospice but that’s basically it

Cons

Poor management, some practices I did not agree with, poor communication overall, basically would work constantly with minimal work life balance

doesn't put profits before patients as much as most health care companies

Cons

new charting system HCHB is horrible, doubles your time charting and is redundant
