Pros
Supervisor and fellow technicians are great, and the CLIENTS are great. The clients and their families are the ones we help, they have been so patient and willing to collaborate.
Cons
Often, I found the inflexibility of reducing or accommodating patient schedule requests, not because of the technician, but due to company policy, led to clients part ways. Not surprised there. HR refuses to help the staff, alongside with management. Be wary as they will make inappropriate comments that made me feel uncomfortable, in order to prove their own point. Even though the reality is, it was 100% the company's fault. Seems it has not changed from what I have heard from colleagues still there. They refuse to pay for you to have the resources adequate to do your job. Unacceptable and unethical.
