Raises are never given. You have to ask for a raise and then it's a petty raise. Then when you ask for another, they act like the $2/hr raise they gave you over a year was a lot. There are no annual increases to your salary. Lots of nepotism. If you are white and work in the field, you will be discriminated against as their General Superintendent is extremely proud of his heritage.
