Pros

Good pay and benefits if you can stand the environment.

Cons

Dysfunctional branch management. Business management team wars against sales team. Not cohesive. So dysfunctional and abusive. Can’t retain sales people.

Cons

Management horrible! They don’t care about employees and hours. Treat employees like trash. They have there own little inner circle and screw anyone they don’t like. Good luck with any promotions doesn’t happen

good people work at the company and will try to help you somewhat; The benefits are descent hours are okay and overtime is permitted

Cons

management doesn't understand the business and what is needed to succeed and make the employee successful. They needed more training than the employee
