Pros

The people that are left from the prior companies. Some company perks. Flexible schedule and some creativity in your job.

Cons

The management cannot seem to get it right. They make bad decision after bad decision. New management comes in trying to make their mark on the business, change what isn't broken removing good resources from the field. The field is the only one that suffers. The new CEO is the worst. Ruined what was left of the culture that Pat was bringing back. The company went from bad to worse.

Pros

Offers many different insurance packages

Cons

Old values and priorities were replaced with a focus on tightening budgets. Systems and practices that are created by corporate are not communicated to the branches clearly, and often just thrown at you with no explanation. Client satisfaction is no longer a priority and is no longer monitored, as it was with ValleyCrest, I was even told to not be proactive with the bottom 20% of my clients by management. If there is a need to use a credit card for company expenses and purchases, the employees are expected to use their personal credit cards, i average between 600-1000$ a month in reimbursements.
