Pros

Great team at the IC and middle management level. Most individuals try to do the right things and are collaborative.

Cons

Poor communication from senior leaders. Directives are vague and ever changing. Whisper down the lane. Senior management holds people accountable to directives never given.

High Turnover No Accountability Executive Egos

Cons

Hard to master your job function when the turnover is so high, people who stick around shoulder the additional load left behind. No accountability, finger pointing between departments and executive "bosses" manage by intimidation, drive fear and celebrate nothing. Will never get better under current management. 'Good ole boys club'
