Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Like many other corporations, the cuts always come from the area the money comes in and never the top level management bonus'

Leadership is focused on increasing EBITDA through significant reductions in spend mostly around reductions in force. People are strictly columns on a spreadsheet and there is limited if any care for ROI or contribution by the employee. BrightView has not had any significant growth outside of M&A and the company has gutted sales leadership while simultaneously introducing a new sales commission plan that will negatively impact the top performers.
