Pros
Very hard to get fired, benefits are average, some legacy managers are very good but they seem to be bound by investors direction
Cons
Management lacks comprehensive direction, and focuses on the wrong topics. Not approaching the merge correctly, they get out the message and lack follow through. Major turn over in executive positions. Executive leadership has no true industry knowledge or experience. Exec leadership is very arrogant, and only looks engaged in promotional material.
