Cons
Top Heavy management Knee jerk reactions from month to month, my Manager changes our plan at the beginning of every month based on the latest corporate instructions. Salaries seem low compared to all of my colleagues at similar companies and it takes an act of congress to get anything more than cost of living increases. Culture of both combined companies used to be strong and proud, this company lacks any identity of its own much less a strong culture. Feels more like Aramark than ValleyCrest or Brickman.
